Ilan Stavans, Restless Books

Welcome to Late Night Conversation! This week, Doug talks to Ilan Stavans, publisher of Restless Books, a digital publisher for readers and writers in search of new destinations, experiences, and perspectives. Books that have and will be published by Restless, be they fiction, nonfiction, graphic novels, travel writing, criticism and visual arts, will reflect the restlessness of our multiform lives.

A classic is a book that has managed to be read more than once…That means the book is a gathering place for various communities, and various generations, as well. The beauty of a classic is that every generation reinvents it.
