James Yeh (b. 1982 in Anderson, South Carolina) is a writer, editor, and occasional DJ. His fiction has appeared in NOON, VICE, BOMB Magazine, Tank Magazine, Tin House, Fence, and elsewhere. A recipient of fellowships from the MacDowell Colony and Columbia University, he was a Center for Fiction New York City Emerging Writers Fellow in 2011. He lives in Brooklyn, where he coedits Gigantic and is at work on a novel. Find him online here or here.
About the Franklin Park Reading Series
Franklin Park readings happen every Second Monday at the Franklin Park Bar and Beer Garden in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Emerging and established fiction writers, memoirists, poets, and storytellers (and the occasional musician) are featured. The series has been recommended and covered by numerous publications, including the New York Times, the New Yorker, New York Magazine, BOMB, The Rumpus, Tin House, Time Out NY, The L Magazine, the Village Voice, and the Brooklyn Rail.
